At Poppy we are always ready to serve you! Here are some frequently asked questions and salon policies.

Late arrivals
We try our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please be aware that if you are 15 minutes or later, we may need to reschedule your appointment to give you the best service experience.

Last minute cancellations
We understand that sometimes life just gets away from us, however we ask 48 hours before you appointment for a cancellation. If it's within 24 hours a 50% service fee will be added to your next visit.

Sales
Our professional products are final sale.

Deposit
A $50 deposit or credit card on all service appointments over 3 hours long will be required at the time of booking.

Neck and fringe trims
We offer one complimentary neck and fringe trim per haircut visit. Please call us to book your same day appointment. Alternately we offer unlimited fringe trims between appointments for $25.

Post haircut or colour retouch
We are happy to refine a cut or colour within reason, Please contact our front end staff within 1 week of you initial appointment. If you require a new style, please book another appointment.
