Cezanne Smoothing Treatments
Cezanne Smoothing Treatment reduces frizz and delivers smoother, stronger, healthier, more manageable and exquisitely beautiful hair that lasts for months without harmful formaldehyde.
What results can I expect from this treatment?
A reduction in frizz as well as smoother, stronger, healthier, more manageable and radiant hair that lasts for months.
How does this smoothing service compare with traditional formaldehyde-based keratin smoothing services?
Cezanne is easier, faster, safer and gives very similar results to formaldehyde-based formulas without the formaldehyde-related eye and respiratory irritations.
While it does not give the same super straight results as a Japanese straightener or lye relaxer it reduces frizz and delivers smoother and more manageable hair, it is not a lye relaxer or Japanese straightener and will not deliver identical results.
Some other advantages to Cezanne include:
Ability to colour hair the same day before or after Cezanne treatment.
Hair still holds a curl after treatment.
No waiting period, meaning the client can work out, swim, wash their hair, use pins and wear hair ties immediately after the treatment.
What is the difference between the classic and express service?
The amount of time it takes to apply the treatment and the amount of time the treatment lasts.
Classic: time to apply treatment 1.5-2.5 hours, results last 3-5 months
Express: time to apply treatment 1 -1.5 hours, results last 4-6 weeks

How long will the treatment last?
The Classic Treatment will last 3-5 months and the Express Treatment 4-6 weeks on average. Similar to formaldehyde-based keratin smoothing treatments, the amount of time varies by client hair type, texture and maintenance routine.
The results from the classic to the express treatment are the same, the difference is in the length of time the treatment lasts.
How do I care for my hair after the treatment?
It is recommended to use Cezanne hair products in place of regular products for the life of the treatment. This prolongs the life of the treatment and increase health of hair!
If you like to swim in the pool or ocean, you can swim immediately after the Cezanne treatment, but for best results apply Cezanne Leave-in Crème Conditioner before swimming and rinse with warm water immediately after getting out.
Is there anything I can’t do after treatment?
Unlike most smoothing treatments, clients can wash their hair, work out, wear ponytails or clips and use styling products immediately after getting a Cezanne treatment.
Additionally hair can be coloured and styled including curls without affecting the treatment even when services are done the same day.
